This is intimate fiction for adults.

By reading Maraschino you confirm you are at least 17 years old. Some stories are sexually explicit. If that isn't for you, this isn't the place.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account. If you join the waitlist, we may email you about Maraschino access, launch timing, and subscription availability.

We may refuse or remove access if an account is used in a way that harms Maraschino, other readers, or Leftway.

Maraschino Premium is $5 a month. On iOS, billing and renewals are handled by Apple; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Access to premium stories depends on an active subscription or another entitlement we grant. Prices, trials, and offers may change, but changes do not reduce access you have already paid for during the current billing period.

Every story on Maraschino is original work owned by Leftway. Read them, love them, tell a friend. Don't republish, resell, scrape, or use our stories to train a machine.

• Do not copy, mirror, or redistribute paid stories outside Maraschino.
• Do not scrape the service or use automated extraction tools.
• Do not use Maraschino content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate models.
• Do not interfere with the site, accounts, payments, analytics, or security controls.

Characters and events are invented. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental.

Maraschino is provided as is. We work to keep it available, accurate, and beautiful, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or that every story will suit every reader.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Leftway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Maraschino.

You can stop using Maraschino at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create legal or safety risk for the product or its readers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms as Maraschino changes. When we do, we'll update the date on this page. Continuing to use Maraschino after a change means you accept the updated terms.
